Privacy notice
Last updated 9 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data the game Constant Battle and this website handle, and why. The controller is Freegames. Contact: old.bc26@gmail.com.
What we store
- Account data: your account and character names, password, e-mail address.
- Computer identifier and IP address: an identifier generated by the game on your computer, and the IP address you connect from. We use them for bans, to recognise trusted computers for login codes, and to protect the game from abuse.
- Game data: your character, items, progress, houses, bank, trades, and moderation records such as mutes, jail time and bans with their reasons.
- Messages: support tickets and replies, private messages that are delivered while you are offline, and messages needed for moderation.
- Technical logs: error and connection logs on the server.
Why we use it
To run the game, to log you in and verify your e-mail, to answer support requests, to keep the game fair and safe, and to follow the law. Our legal basis is to provide the service you asked for and our legitimate interest in running a safe game.
Login codes, recovery codes and ticket answers are sent through an e-mail delivery provider (Brevo). It receives your address and the message text only to deliver them. We do not send advertising.
Who sees it
Staff and Instructors see what they need for moderation and support. We do not sell your data and do not share it with Renova Games or with advertisers. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while the account exists. Ban records are kept as long as the ban or the risk of abuse lasts. Logs are kept only as long as needed to find and fix problems.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Write to the contact address above. You may also complain to your national data protection authority. Some data (for example ban records) may have to be kept to protect other players.
Children
If you are young, use the game only with the permission of a parent or guardian. A parent may contact us to have a child's account deleted.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the data, but no online service is perfectly secure. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
